Meet our community member of the month, Kodak. A crypto enthusiast turned Web3 aficionado, Kodak's journey commenced last August with an introduction to trading. Since then, fueled by curiosity, Kodak has immersed themselves in the intricate world of smart contracts and crypto technology, eager to explore its depths and contribute to our vibrant community.

What sparked your interest in crypto, and how long have you been involved in Web3?‍

It all began in late August last year when a friend introduced me to trading. That was my first exposure to platforms like Binance and the world of cryptocurrency exchanges. After attempting to strike it rich through trading alone and facing setbacks, I decided to dive deeper into the world of crypto. This led me to explore Web3, smart contract development, and the technical aspects of cryptocurrency.

I dove into the world of Web3 with nothing to my name. Through months of dedicated learning and hard work, I'm thrilled to say I'm making steady progress and gradually building up my savings. Along the way, I've had the pleasure of meeting amazing individuals who've enriched my journey. Every day in Web3 brings new excitement and opportunities.

What do you think about Interlock?

Interlock is an incredible project that has captured my attention since I joined the community. I'm truly grateful to the entire team for their hard work and dedication. Interlock is poised to revolutionize browsing, internet security, and privacy through $ILOCK on the Aleph Zero and Arbitrum ecosystems and beyond.

What excites you the most when you think of Interlock?

I'm particularly thrilled about the upcoming launch of ThreatSlayer and the $ILOCK mainnet. It's exciting to witness our recent token mint on testnet, and I'm eager to participate in testing if the opportunity arises. Additionally, I'm intrigued by the possibility of contributing as a community moderator or manager, or even as a regional moderator for the African community, if such positions become available.

Who are you outside of crypto?

Outside of crypto, I'm a dedicated student and a passionate gamer at heart. In my free time, you can often find me hitting the basketball court with my friends. However, lately, my focus has been on establishing my presence in the Web3 space and excelling in my studies. I'm eagerly awaiting the opportunity to return to playing more basketball once I have more time and feel more settled.
